چکیده
The Jhelum River basin drains the entire Kashmir valley and is susceptible to floods, surrounded Himalayan Mountain range. trend analysis of hydro-meteorological data crucial for planning managing various activities (agriculture, design hydraulic structures) in basin. present study aims analyze trends annual maximum average discharge, maximum, rainfall was performed using Mann–Kendall (M–K) test, Sen’s slope, innovative (ITA) at stations. outcomes ITA test showed non-monotonic multiple stations different time series brought forth more significant changes data. Moreover, overall shows a decrease while discharge revealed increasing via ITA. depicts which would be useful future management water resources. discharges are due climatic change anthropogenic

متن کاملTemporal Variability of Climatic Parameters of Yamuna River Basin: Spatial Analysis of Persistence, Trend and Periodicity
Identification of the precise nature and attributes of the time series of climatological data is very important and is usually the first step for water resources planning and management. Such exercise is very important for hydro-climatic extremes. In many instances, a climatic time series is generally not statistically independent but is comprised of patterns of persistence, cycles, trends or s...
متن کاملAnalysis of hydroclimatic trends in the Atrak River basin, North Khorasan, Iran (1975 – 2008)
Hydrologic regime is highly dependent on climate change, as hydrologic cycle components are directly influenced by climatic conditions. This paper analyzes the impacts of climate change on the hydrologic regime of the Atrak River basin in the northeast of Iran. It drains to the Caspian Sea. The data collected at 11 hydrometeorological stations were examined to detect trends in hydroclimatologic...
